Video Length and Content:
The maximum length of the final promotional video will be 2 minutes. The service includes one principal's message and two additional social media clips.
Approval Process:
A draft of the video will be provided for review prior to final delivery. The client is entitled to one round of revisions; any additional revisions may incur extra charges
Content Responsibility:
The school is responsible for providing any necessary content, including but not limited to logos, images, and any specific messaging to be included in the video. The school must ensure that all provided content complies with copyright and trademark laws.
Delivery Timeline:
The final video and associated clips will be delivered within 7 days after the approval of the draft. Delays in content provision by the school may result in extended delivery times.
Usage Rights:
The school will have the right to use the final video for promotional purposes. However, the service provider retains the right to use the video for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 50% is required upon signing the agreement, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final video.
Cancellation Policy:
If the project is cancelled after the initial deposit is made, the deposit will be non-refundable. Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.
Limitations of Liability:
The service provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the promotional video.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information obtained during the collaboration.
Photography Shoot:
The virtual tour will be conducted in a single day, during which approximately 20 panoramic images will be captured. Locations will be photographed as they currently appear; therefore, it is essential for the school to ensure that classrooms and other areas are organised and presentable prior to the shoot.
Location List:
A comprehensive list of all locations to be photographed must be provided by the school at least 2 days prior to the shoot day.

Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or governmental restrictions.
Weather Conditions:
The photography shoot may include outdoor locations. In the event of inclement weather that prevents the successful capture of the required images, the shoot will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date. The school will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot if a reschedule is necessary due to weather conditions.
